FAQ
What is a tournament?+
In our slot tournaments, you compete against other players within a specified period of time. You complete a certain number of game rounds on selected slot games, collect points and, depending on your placement, can win a share of the advertised prize pool at the end.
How do I sign up for a tournament?+
Sign in to your player account, go to the tournaments section and click the “Participate” button in the respective tournament.
When do the tournaments take place?+
The times vary depending on the tournament format:
  • Weekend tournament: Friday 6:00 p.m. to Sunday 11:59 p.m.
  • Battle of tournament: Can run on different days of the week, e.g. from Tuesday to Thursday.
  • Top Scores tournament: Can run on different days of the week or on the weekend.
You can find the current times in the respective tournament descriptions.
Which games can I play in the tournament?+
Certain slot games are specified for each tournament. Only these count towards the points awarded. You can find the current list of approved games in the corresponding tournament description.
How do the tournaments work?+
You have a total of 1000 game rounds per tournament at your disposal (unless otherwise stated)
  • Weekend Tournaments: You automatically get 20 starting points with the first round played on each of the selected slot games.
  • Battle of tournament: After your first spin, you can choose one of three predetermined slots to get additional Free Spins or points. Random events also take place during the tournament (tourney) where you can get even more Free Spins or points.
  • Top scores tournament: Here, only a predefined number of your highest point wins (e.g. your top 7 scores) from all rounds played are counted towards the result, so that even a few but very high points can be enough for a good ranking.
How can I collect points?+
  • Sign up for the tournament and place the required minimum stake in real money (CHF 0.10) per round in the authorized games.
  • Only real money bets count towards the tournament. Bonus credits, Free Spins, and Golden Chips do not count.
Points are based on the ratio between your winnings and your bet. Example:
  • You stake CHF 1.- and win CHF 5.- → 5 points
  • You stake CHF 2.- and win CHF 20.- → 10 points
  • Total: 15 points
In the "Battle of” Tournaments, random events may appear that grant additional points.
Are there participation fees?+
  • Participation is free of charge. No fees apply.
  • Winnings from bets placed with bonus credit, Free Spins or Golden Chips do not count towards the tournament.
What prizes are there to win?+
In many cases, you can expect bonus money for the top finishers (e.g. CHF 300.- for 1st place, CHF 200.- for 2nd place, etc.). You can find the exact prize details on the tournament page under ‘Prizes’ or in the respective tournament description.
What are the bonus conditions?+
Bonus credit (prizes):
  • Bet crediting: Your bets are credited at 100% on slots as well as on the table and live games.
  • Wagering requirement: You must wager 1 times the bonus amount within 30 days in order to be able to withdraw your game winnings.
  • Bonus area: The bonus is only valid for the ‘CASINO’ area, not for poker.
  • Reserved bonus amount: The amount that triggers the bonus is reserved for the bonus until the wagering requirements are met.
  • Balance transfer: Once the wagering requirements are met, your reserved real money amount and bonus credit will be converted into withdrawable real money.
  • Account balance: You can see your real money and bonus balance in your player account at any time.
  • Cancelling a bonus: You can cancel the bonus at any time under ‘Cashier > Bonus History’. Your reserved real money amount will then be released, but all winnings associated with the bonus and the bonus itself will be lost.
  • Bonus loss on payout: A payout during an active bonus will result in the loss of the bonus and all outstanding bonus winnings. The reserved real money amount will then be transferred to your real money balance.
  • Remaining bonus below CHF 0.50: If your bonus credit falls below CHF 0.50, the remaining bonus credit will be cancelled and the promotion will end.
  • Bonus validity: The bonus expires 30 days after it is issued.
Free Spins (Battle of tournament):
  • Free Spins can only be used in the selected tournament (tourney) slot games
  • Free Spins are credited directly to your account and expire after 7 days.
  • You must play all Free Spins before they expire in order to withdraw your winnings.
  • You can see the wagering options for the Free Spins under ‘My account > My bonuses > Free Spins’.
