1. The organiser of this ‘Bounty Hunter Series: Halloween Edition’ promotion with a guaranteed prize fund of € 5 000 000 (the ‘Promotion’) is Casino Zürichsee AG, with its registered office in Freienbach, SZ, which is part of the Swiss Casinos Group (the ‘Operator’ or ‘we’).
2. These conditions (the ‘Promotional Conditions’) apply to the promotion and supplement the General Terms and Conditions of swisscasinos.
3. All participants who are eligible for this promotion (see below) and who participate in it accept these promotional terms and conditions and are bound by them.
4. To be eligible to participate in the promotion, you must:
   • be at least 18 years old or have reached the higher statutory minimum age for gambling applicable in your jurisdiction;
   • Do not use a virtual private network (VPN) to access the poker software;
   • you must hold or have opened a valid account with the operator, and we must have verified your identity;
   • you must not be an employee or a family member of an employee of the Operator, its ultimate parent company or any subsidiary and/or any affiliated company of the Operator or its parent company (collectively, the ‘Operator Group’) and/or their agents; and
   • You must not (i) be excluded from participating in gambling activities for any reason; or (ii) have excluded yourself from gambling with the operator via a cross-operator self-exclusion scheme (e.g. VETO).
5. Some ‘BHS’ main events may replace similar regular network tournaments on the day of the respective main event.
6. Entry tickets are awarded in satellites. During the promotion period, each ticket may only be used for the corresponding BHS target tournaments. Once the promotion period has ended, any unused and unexpired tickets will be allocated to the relevant general tournament pool and may be used until their specified expiry date. Each ticket expires two months after the date of issue.
7. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, the Operator shall refund the buy-in or network tickets to the players, and they may register for the next available event. The operator shall not offer players any additional compensation if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
8. Only one (1) person per family, residential address, computer or IP address may participate in the promotion.
9. We, or any third party providing services to us in connection with this promotion (the ‘third party’), will immediately exclude you from the promotion if:
   1. You attempt, or we suspect that you have attempted, to participate in the promotion using multiple accounts (either accounts held with the operator under different names, or multiple accounts with different companies within the operator’s group);
   2. We have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have colluded with other players to exploit the promotion; or
   3. We and/or third parties reserve the right to disqualify players if we have reasonable grounds to suspect collusion or other abusive strategies. You must comply with the terms of participation set out in these terms and conditions. The Operator and/or third parties reserve the right to withhold prizes from persons whom the Operator knows, or has reasonable grounds to believe, are not eligible to participate.
10. We will withhold any prize you have won if we have reason to believe that you are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
11. We may amend or cancel this promotion, or adjust its terms and conditions without prior notice, if such amendment or cancellation is required for legal and/or regulatory reasons. Any such change shall not adversely affect players who have already participated in this promotion or are still participating in it. In particular, any cancellation of this promotion by us after you have participated in it shall not affect the validity of your participation.
12. These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law and shall be interpreted accordingly; you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Freienbach, Switzerland.
